The Position

We have an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our growing menu management team. We require a fast learner with a passion for technology who has the determination and desire to grow with us.
The successful candidate will work within our operations team to implement and manage digital menus across multiple platforms. You care about providing outstanding service and will regularly host online meetings with customers across multiple regions to support them in getting their digital menus live on time. You will be required to efficiently prioritise, plan and work towards deadlines. You are a curious individual who can both identify and investigate issues as well as pro-actively offer solutions to the rest of the team.
Job requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in managing systems preferably in a hospitality/retail setting
- Proficiency in configuration management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Experience using ticket systems e.g. Jira
- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who cares about providing outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges
- Proficient in both English & Spanish languages
Nice to have
- Experience in the Hospitality sector, ideally some exposure to Point-of-Sale systems (POS)
- Experience in internal and external stakeholder management
- Understanding of different project stages and methodologies
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Location: Brazil (Remote Home working)
